Wholesale Coordinator

 

Overview

The Wholesale Coordinator will be the part of Nanushka sales team and supporting the Sales Managers on a daily basis. A great role for the suitable candidate to gain access and professional experience in the fashion industry


Responsibilities

  • Liaising with stores and buyers (both via e-mail and over the phone)
  • Appointment booking and sales diary management
  • Assisting in the preparation of line sheets and other sales materials
  • Entering orders and re-orders into the system, resolving any order entry queries
  • Assist the International Sales Managers with sales appointments in Paris
  • Follow up on orders post entry to inform clients of any substitutions or cancellations
  • Generate and send out order confirmations checking they have been received by the customer, as necessary
  • Arrange and ship client orders
  • Manage stock swaps with clients
  • Process client returns and repairs, credit notes
  • Liaise with production regarding short shipments, faulty merchandise, and delivery windows
  • Updating stock lists
  • Manage all administration and filing of all client correspondence
  • Chasing payments
  • Analyse weekly shipping reports and sell through reports for key accounts
  • Highlighting any queries to the Sales Director
  • Provide various aspects of general administrative and commercial assistance to the Sales Managers including travel organization

    • Confident communicator (both written and oral)
    • Ability to multi-task, juggle priorities and work independently
    • Quick learning ability
    • Strong excel skills
    • Computer literate (both PC and Mac)
    • Fun, positive attitude
    • Prior industry experience is not required
