Assistant Store Manager

 

Overview

Nanushka is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our growing team. As a Nanushka Assistant Store Manager at our Budapest store, you will support all activities to achieve store business objectives, demonstrating an unsurpassed service culture. You will partner with the Store Manager to perform with high integrity in operations and human resources management. You will be a dynamic and inspiring team member who has a strong background and desire in relationship building skills, with both external clients and internal partners. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will represent the brand as a Nanushka Ambassador by promoting the values and ambitions of the brand within the marketplace.


Responsibilites

  • Working with the store manager in planning the daily work and operations in the store
  • Participate in  training and managing the store staff employees
  • Responsible for securing that the store generates sales and provides excellent customer service
  • Securing that the store is presentable and has the appropriate stock of merchandise
  • Guiding and aiding the customer
  • Analyzing together with the sales team the sales figures and other key figures and suggest required actions
  • Administrative duties such as reporting and communicating with the office
  • Continuously motivate sales staff to meet assigned sales and performance based goals. Monitor performance against goals
  • Demonstrate sales leadership for staff by playing an active role on the selling floor and leading by example

Requirements

  • High-end  retail background with at least 2 years of responsible management position
  • Experience from training people in sales and service
  • Sales driven and results oriented
  • Ability to motivate the sales staff
  • Organized and service minded - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about Fashion
  • Proactive personality, ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Fluency in Hungarian and English required
  • Proficiency in Excel / Word / Outlook
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes, evenings, weekends and holidays
