E-commerce product owner



In this position you will be responsible for designing and building our online platform.  You will produce the highest quality work in both creative and technical output, which is both in-line with the overall vision and delivered in a fresh and innovative way.


Create strategy and roadmap for the platform. Within this context you will gather needs and requirements from customers and colleagues and formulate the Product Roadmap.

Build, launch and iterate: communicate your ideas effectively through wireframes, user stories and specs.

Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of developers and designers to build, launch and iterate on our product.

Demonstrate results: Define the key performance indicators for the product, set up reporting, and constantly monitor performance to ensure we are improving the experience for our customers.

Validate with customers: Form hypotheses and validate them through customer development and user testing, learning about customers’ habits and drivers by objectively interviewing them and understanding their underlying problems and drivers.

Communication: Onboard and educate customers (both internal and external) around product changes and enhancements.

Manage the build of  email campaigns in multiple languages

Ensure designs are mobile first

Liaise with design to ensure all work is on-brand and meets quality guidelines

Carrying out regular pieces of analysis to help define and support the decision making

Identify and formulate plans to drive e-commerce sales in a strategic manner


Commercially focused and driven with the ability to work towards metrics and targets

A good understanding of the wider fashion industry, including knowledge of fashion ecommerce sites, blogs and fashion magazines

Experience and confidence with Responsive Web Design

Relevent experience working in a similar role, with experience in ecommerce

Ability to work under pressure and prioritise in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work on multiple projects to tight deadlines

Willingness to propose new directions, solutions and concepts

A flexible, approachable attitude with good creative and problem solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Highly confident working with numbers

Excellent communicator and relationship builder

Experience in either a consultancy, retail or e-commerce role

An eagerness to learn new skills and knowledge across e-commerce and luxury industries

Understanding & an interest in Email marketing & CRM

Basic understanding of development (coding), HTML, CSS, Javascript and UX principles

Experience and understanding of agile development methodologies
