Online Customer Service Assistant

 

Overview

We are currently looking for a professional to join our online store’s customer service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering customer inquiries on different platforms, providing information about our products, services, processing customer requests and solve problems alongside our order management team to ensure customer satisfaction.


Responsibilites

  • Providing high-quality customer service based on the standards of a contemporary luxury fashion brand
  • Answering questions regarding our products and services, handle and process any requests from our customers with the aim of a first-time resolution;
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction;
  • Handling customer queries on different platforms, such as email, social media, phone, and live chat;
  • Working together closely with our order management team to solve any issues
  • Taking care of all administrative duties related to the job

The Ideal Candidate

  • Has extensive previous customer service experience;
  • Has excellent written and verbal skills in English and Hungarian (French knowledge is a huge advantage);
  • Has a personal interest in the fashion industry;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Highly computer literate;
  • Strong interpersonal, self motivated  character;
  • Creative-thinker with a solution-orientated approach.
